Return Policy

Digital products, including the 3:16 JumpStart Program, the 3:16 Active Membership, and most other digital plans can be canceled within 3 days of purchase. and are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. and are not responsible for any return postage or shipping costs, including any shipping materials needed to return items safely.
Physical products purchased on or cannot be returned to 3:16 Health Solutions. All physical product sales are final.
Books and other printed materials cannot be returned to or
Lab tests may not be canceled or refunded after requisition forms have been submitted to the labs.
Cell Damage Test Kits cannot be return due to the risk of contamination.
Consultations with the Doctor must be canceled 24-hours in advance.
Items purchased at by or from dealers or resellers are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality individualized care in a timely manner. “No-shows” and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to care in a timely manner. We would like to remind you of our office policy regarding missed appointments. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of care.

Cancellation of an Appointment or Phone Consultation

In order to be respectful of the needs of other patients, please be courteous and notify us promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment or phone consultation. This time will be reallocated to someone else. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you do so at least 24 hours in advance by following the instructions in the “Calendly” email you originally received after scheduling your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel appointments, please follow the instructions to cancel your appointment in the “Calendly” email you received upon booking your appointment, or call 800-560-4340. If you do not reach the help desk, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please follow the instructions in the original “Calendly” email you received upon booking, or leave your phone number and email. We will return your call or email you and give you the next available appointment time.

Late Cancellations:
A late cancellation is considered when a patient fails to cancel their scheduled appointment with a 24-hour advance notice.

No Show Policy:
A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling it in an adequate manner. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in your file as a “no-show.”

First missed appointment: there will be no charge
Second missed appointment: $25 fee will be billed to your account
Third missed appointment: $50 fee will be billed to your account and you may be discharged from our practice
